bake with me...

I love baking, I also love dancing.

I was trying to describe why dancing makes me happy and very easily and quickly came a revelation.

Dancing is like flying.

It is when I am totally free and soaring through the skies, where there are no divides, no restraints, no limitations and your rhythm and movement turn into song.

When I bake, I feel the same.
